I’ll recap the major points from Wednesday’s blog as well:
- You must apply in the county where you live
- Cost: about $20 in-state, $30 out-of-state
- There is a 3-day wait period between applying and when the certificate is issued
- You can get married immediately after the certificate is issued.
- The certificate is only valid for 33 days from the date of the application.
